My Indoor Starters for Spring
These are some of my favorite vegetables and herbs to cook with that I found easy to plant last season. Though my potatoes weren't as big as I had liked, I think I'll try again! Feel free to share your tips and hacks. Happy gardening!

Seed to Growth (Potatoes)
I used potatoes that have sprouted eyes. Cut them leaving at least two eyes on each piece. I placed them in a bag, for 2-3 days to develop a skin like consistency over the cuts. Then I placed them in organic potting soil, burying them between 2-4 inches into the soil, eyes up, watering, and setting them between sunlight and under grow lights. This growth is within two weeks.
