Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap

Ingredients

  • Tortilla Wrap (Of your choosing)

  • Ranch Dressing

  • (1) Chicken Breast or (2) Chicken Tenders

  • Bacon (2-3 slices)

  • Lettuce

  • Tomatoe

  • American or Provolone Cheese

    For Chicken

  • Seasoned Breader or,

  • Flour, Goya Seasoning, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder

Preparation

Step 1 -Prepare your chicken


Start by washing and seasoning your chicken or choice

  • Deep Fry for 8-12 minutes (dependent upon desired crisp and breast thickness; the cook time will be lesser for chicken tenders) or,

  • Season and air fry

  • Once you have cooked your chicken, set aside until assembly


Step 2- Cook your bacon


There are two ways that I cook bacon:


  1. Pan fry (my go to)

  2. Oven bake


Prepare and set aside.


Step 3 - Prepare your vegetables


Slice tomatoes, lettuce and any additional veggies that you would like to add. For additional taste, you can season the tomatoes with black pepper and salt.


Note: I don't recommend seasoning tomatoes as the salt from the bacon, seasoning from chicken will be sufficient flavoring coupled with the cheese and ranch.



Step 4 - Assemble your wrap


Here you can either cut your chicken into smaller pieces or leave the slices intact.

To assemble:


  1. Optional - Warm your wrap

  2. To wrap, add cheese slices

  3. Drizzle ranch down the center of the wrap (I prefer homemade or Hidden Valley)

  4. Add bacon

  5. Add chicken

  6. Add tomatoe

  7. Add lettuce

  8. If you would like to extra ranch, here is where you can drizzle additional.

  9. Fold in two sides of the wrap with the least contents and roll from one end to another. To avoid tearing, do not over fill the tortilla.
