
Ingredients
Ramen (I like Kimchi, spicy)
Thinly sliced cabbage (red or green)
Green Onion
Onion - thinly sliced (whatever you have) - I prefer yellow or red
Raw broccoli or raw mixed veggie blend
Frozen vegetables
One hard-boiled egg (boil for 10-12 for hard boiled. Less (3-4 minutes for runny yolk with egg whites) dependent upon desire. Water must be boiling when eggs are added.
Pre-Cooked Meat of Choice (Shrimp or chicken is my choice... I haven't tried beef yet.)
Preparation
Step 1
Bring water to a boil. In a bowl add your instant ramen.
Step 2
Add veggies - Onions, cabbage, frozen veggies. - Add them first to slightly cook or soften in the hot water. (Specifically for raw, fresh vegetables)
Step 3
Add flavor packet for ease, or, use a broth coupled with a seasoning paste and season to taste. I personally like Better than Boullion.
Step 4
Add the meat of your choosing.
Step 5
Add egg (Optional)
