Romantic Couple Portrait

Romance

Hands down, romance is my favorite genre of reading. Mix it with a little crime, salaciousness, and overcoming some odds to be with the love of their lives, a good romance novel is a favorite read of mine. Here are some that I have enjoyed. Some may be familiar from television shows, but they don't compare to the books!

When He Was Wicked

Yes! I am addicted to the Bridgerton series. I don't think that I've read a series faster than I read this one and then proceeded to read other literature by Julia Quinn. Of all of the books in the series, this one was my favorite. A bashful girl in love whose story appeared to end in a series tragedy until it didn't.

Salacious and that's all!

Moth To A Flame

This was one of those stories that captivates you from the beginning. If you are a fan of crime drama with a love story in them mix, you might like this one. I'll warn you though, it is not one of those stories that promises the ending you expect. If you want an emotional rollercoaster, this will give you that.

In Covenant With Ezra

I read this book very quickly. This is one of those books that is centered around taboo topics.  The main character is a girl whose all about community support and building grassroot programs. She has her own personal struggles and a strained family history but centers her life around being a genuine support to those around her. Then one day she meets runs into this man...who is not in any way ordinary. The rest is history.

Bonded With Ezra

A sequel that is worthy of the hype. It is a dive into the world of a woman who has entered into a life that she knows nothing about with a complicated man.

Love Lost

I really enjoyed this book mainly because it was an urban love story. A girl with a tragic past, a determined journey towards a change, and facing the greatest challenge of all - learning to trust your heart.
